Our Purpose:
The Goal:
The purpose of the Dakota County Area Heart Restart! program is to promote the actions that can increase the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest victims. These actions are CAll 9-1-1, start CPR, and administer defibrilation
The goal is to train 10% of Dakota county residents in CPR and encourage and assist all business/public locations to have an automated external defibrillator (AED) available in case of an emergency.
